Dust suppression system solutions are available for raw material processing in cement plants. These can be applied to feeding bunkers, raw material crushers, conveyor belt transfer points, linear stackers, circular stackers, and other dust generation points caused by wind effects on materials such as clinker, iron ore, coal, clay, gypsum, limestone, and others.

Fog cannon solutions can also be applied to the stacking process of linear and circular stackers. The water supply for dust suppression with fog cannons is provided through automatic hose reel systems installed on stacking machines, allowing uninterrupted water delivery to the fog cannons. This application prevents downtime in the process compared to conventional tank-fed water dust suppression systems.
